Data sources require data importers. For more information, contact your Grassfish partner.
You can add data sources to your player, for example, to provide it with news or weather data. To do so, perform the following steps:
Go to Channels > Location.
Select the location of the player that you want to edit.
In the Managing players pane, double-click on the player or select it and click Edit.
Switch to the Data sources tab and click on Add data source.
In the Add data source window, select a data importer from the dropdown.
Click Save to apply the selected data importer.
To optionally specify a filter for the data source, select it and click Add filter.
Select filter criteria as required. The available filter criteria depend on your data source and the data type.
Click Save to save your changes.
