Work with playlists

You can view and manage all available playlists in one central place IXM One.

Create a new playlist

To create a new playlist, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Channels > Program scheme.

2. In the Available playlists pane, click on New.

3. In the Create playlist window, configure the following settings:

   Name	Specify the name of the playlist. This entry is mandatory.
   Description	Add a description.
   Type	Select one of the following options: General playlist For one screen
   Content of playlist	Select one of the following options: Multimedia: playlists that contain different content like images, videos, or audio. Only audio: playlists that only contain audio tracks.
   Versioning	Select one of the following options: Without versioning: creating versions of this playlist is not possible. With versioning: creating versions of this playlist is possible. With release: authorized users check the playlist before releasing it.
   Permissions	To add or remove user permissions for the playlist, use the arrows or drag-and-drop.

4. Click Save to save your changes.

Edit playlists

To edit a playlist, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Channels > Program scheme.

2. In the Available playlists pane, select the playlist that you want to edit.

3. Click Edit. Alternatively, double-click on the playlist.

4. In the Edit playlist window, make your changes.

5. Click Save to save your changes.

Copy playlists

To copy a playlist, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Channels > Program scheme.

2. In the Available playlists pane, select the playlist that you want to copy.

3. Click Copy.

4. In the Copy playlist window, edit the copied data as required.

5. Click Save to save your changes.

Delete playlists

To delete a playlist, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Channels > Program scheme.

2. In the Available playlists pane, select the playlist that you want to delete.

3. To delete the playlist, click on Delete.

4. In the subsequent dialog, confirm with Yes.
