Navigate IXM One playlists

A playlist in IXM One is like a container for your spots that specifies in which order they are played. You can create different types of playlists for different types of content.

To work with playlists and spots, go to Content > Playlist. The tab is organized in the following way:

Playlist pane

You can see your playlists and screen playlists in the pane. As a location user, you can see all playlists and screen playlists that have been assigned to you.

The pane is divided into the following subsections:

General playlists: displays a list of all general playlists.
Screen playlists: displays all players that have playlists for one screen assigned to them.
Selected categories: displays selectable categories if you have selectable playlists.

Content of playlist

This pane displays the spots of your selected playlist in the order in which they are played.

Selectable spots

You can manage and organize your spots from here:

Spot groups: organize spots in groups or folders.
Spot approval: displays current assignments.
Selectable spots: displays all spots that you can select for a playlist.
