You can use multiple tools when working with playlist content in IXM One.
To do so, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the playlist pane, select the playlist.
In the Content of playlist pane, click Tools to use the following functions:
Shuffle playlist | Shuffle the spots in a playlist. The playback order is randomized. |
Remove expired content | Remove expired content from a playlist. The runtime is set in the playlist-specific spot settings. |
Empty playlist | Remove all spots from a playlist. |
Export playlist to excel | Export the playlist as a CSV file. The file contains a list of all spots and playlist-specific spot settings. |
Changelog | See all changes that have been made to a playlist.

Find the spot | Show the selected spot in the pane Selectable spots. |
Generate playlist | Automatically generate a playlist by selecting spot groups and specifying how many spots from every spot group to use. |
