As an IXM One admin, you can create multilevel playlists that are set up per screen and can inherit content within a location.
Access multilevel playlists
To access multilevel playlists, open the Screen playlists pane to access locations and their players:
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the pane to select individual screen playlists.
Use the search field to find individual players or locations.
Multilevel playlists contain assigned and inherited content, which you can access in different content panels:
Inherited content: Content that has been inherited from a higher location level.
Content of playlist: Content that was uploaded by the location user.
Assign content across locations
To assign content for multilevel playlists from one location to another, perform the following steps:
In the Spot groups pane, click
Extend. This opens a second spot groups window.To assign content from one location to another location, click Change. You can now switch between the individual locations.
Manage multilevel spot groups
Location spot groups are marked with a location symbol.
To display the location, hover over the symbol.
To see the content of a spot group, select it.
Note
You can’t use spot groups with a grayed out location symbol which were created by a user with higher rights.
Manage multilevel media
As admin, you can manage generic media groups and media groups created by users from different locations.
To manage media groups, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Media management.
In the Media groups pane, click
Extend. This opens a second media groups window.To assign content from one location to another location, click Change. You can now switch between the individual locations.
