You can create and share a preview link for your spots with persons who are not users of IXM One.
Note
The number of permitted views and retrieval days for a preview may vary per server.
Share a spot preview
To share a spot preview, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select a spot group to display all selectable spots it contains.
Select the spot that you want to share a preview of.
Click on Tools > Share Spot.
In the subsequent Share link dialog, click on Generate link to generate a preview link.
Copy the link and store it in a location of your choice. You'll need to share it later.
Copy the password and store it in a location of your choice. You'll need to share it later.
Share the link and password with the person who you want to show the preview to. You can do so, for example, via email.
Open a spot preview
If you have been invited to view a preview of a spot, perform the following steps:
Open the preview link that you've received in your browser.
Enter the password that you've received.
Click on Open preview to display the spot preview in your browser.
