You can export spots from IXM One using the export manager.
Prerequisites
Before you start exporting spots, note the following requirements and limitations:
You need permission to export spots and playlists.
Some spot types can't be exported.
Some released spots and playlists can't be exported.
Spots and media with SOC tags can't be exported.
Invalid spots can't be exported.
Your IXM One language determines the language of the column headers when exporting playlist details to Microsoft Excel.
Export spots
To export spots from IXM One, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the Selectable spots pane, select one or more spots that you want to export.
Click Tools > Export as spot.
In the export manager, click Export to create the export file.
In the subsequent list, select the spot file and click Export status.
In the subsequent window, select the spot file and click Download.
