You can manage the variants of a spot in the original spot's properties. To do so, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the Selectable spots pane, select the spot whose variants you want to manage.
Click Edit > Edit properties.
Switch to the Variants tab.
Select a variant and perform the following actions as desired:
Remove from all playlists
Click to remove the selected variant from all playlists.
Delete variant
Click to delete the selected variant.
Delete sub-variants
Click to delete all sub-variants of a variant or spot.
Only available if you select a variant that has sub-variants.
Occurrences
Click to display playlists that contain the variant.
In the subsequent window, click Delete from all playlists to delete the variants from all playlists.
Preview
Click to view a preview of the selected variant in a new browser window.
