As an admin, you can manage all spot groups, media groups, and template groups in one central place.
To access your content groups, perform the following steps:
Go to Administration > Content.
Click on the tab Content groups.
Select one of the following options from the dropdown:
Spot groups
Media groups
Display all
Optionally, select the following options:
Display archived
Display template groups
