IXM One can automatically generate playlist content from selected spot groups.
To enable automatic playlist generation, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist and create a new playlist.
In the Content of playlist pane, select Tools > Generate playlist.
In the Generate playlist window, specify the following settings for the playlist:
Total number of spots
Specify how many spots are taken over in the playlist.
By default, it's 10 spots.
Spot selection
Select one of the following options for spot selection:
Random
Oldest first
Newest first
Activate audio split
Optionally, turn this setting on if you have an audio channel in the playlist.
Shuffle playlist
Select to change the order of spots in the playlist randomly.
Drag the desired spots from the pane Available spot groups to the pane Assigned spot groups.
Use the slider next to a selected spot group to specify how many spots from the spot group to use for a playlist.
Optionally, click X to remove a spot group from the Assigned spot groups.
Click Run and confirm with Yes. The playlist is created according to the selected criteria.
