A spot can be assigned to multiple playlists.
You can check which playlists a spot is assigned to, deactivate the spot, or remove it from one or more playlists.
Remove spot from playlists
To remove a spot from playlists, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
Hover over the spot and click
Edit properties.Switch to the Occurences in playlists tab.
Remove the spot in one of the following ways:
To remove the spot from all playlists, click Delete from all playlists.
To remove the spot from selected playlists, select them and click Delete from the playlist.
Click Save to save your changes.
Deactivate spots in playlists
To deactivate a spot in all playlists to which it is assigned, follow these steps:
In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
Hover over the spot and click
Edit properties.Switch to the Occurences in playlists tab.
To deactivate the spot in all playlists, click Deactivate in all playlists.
Confirm with Yes in the subsequent dialog.
Click Save to save your changes.
