Activate and deactivate spots

You can temporarily deactivate a spot in all playlists it's assigned to if you don't want it to play.

Note
You need at least edit permission to activate and deactivate spots.

Deactivate spots

To deactivate a spot, perform the following steps:

In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
Hover over the spot and click Edit properties.
Switch to the Occurences in playlists tab.
To deactivate the spot in all playlists, click Deactivate in all playlists.
In the subsequent window, confirm with Yes.
Click Save to save your changes.

Activate spots

To activate a deactivated spot, perform the following steps:

In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
Hover over the spot and click Edit properties.
Switch to the Occurences in playlists tab.
To activate the spot in all playlists, click Activate in all playlists.
Click Save to save your changes.
