Depending on the spot type, there are different options for editing a spot after an order has been accepted.
Edit HTML Composer spots
To edit an ordered HTML Composer spot, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist > Orders.
Click on the order.
In the Selectable spots pane, select the spot and click Edit. This is only available if the order has been accepted by your user group.
Edit the spot in the HTML Composer as ordered.
Once you've finished working on the spot, request its release.
Download and replace spots
There are two ways to edit spots created outside of IXM One:
Download the spot, edit it, and upload it again.
Upload a new spot to replace the old one.
Download spot for editing
To download the old spot file and edit it in an external application, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist > Orders.
Click on the order.
In the Selectable spots pane, select the spot and click Download.
Save the file and edit it.
Once you've made your changes, replace the old spot as described below.
Note
Some spot types can't be downloaded.
Replace old spots
To replace an old spot with an edited or new version, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist > Orders.
Click on the order.
In the Selectable spots pane, select the spot and click Replace spot.
In the Upload manager, select the file to replace the existing spot and upload it.
