Download player data

You can download various data from the player to monitor its content and performance.

Download log files

To download log files from a player, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Channels > Location.

2. Select the player's location.

3. In the Managing players pane, select the player and click Tools.

4. In the Choose modules window, select one of the following options:

   • To download all log files of a module, select a module and click Download all.

   • To download a single log file, select a module and log file and click Download log.

5. Once you've downloaded all required logs, click Close to close the window.

Download playlist

To download a player’s current playlist as an XML file, follow these steps.

1. Go to Channels > Location.

2. Select the player's location.

3. In the Managing players pane, select the player and click on Tools.

4. Select one of the following options:

   • Download playlist for screen layout 1

   • Download playlist for screen layout 2
