You can assign tags to spots to control which content can be used in which playlists.
Unlike categories, tags apply to all instances of a spot. You can assign as many tags as you like.
How to use tags
When you use tags, consider the following information:
Only admins can create the tags that other users assign.
Assign one or more tags to a spot if you want the spot to be used in playlists that have at least one of the same tags.
Don't assign tags to a spot if you want it to be usable in all playlists.
Assign tags to spots
To assign tags to a spot, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group where your spot is located.
In the Selectable spots pane, hover your mouse over the spot and click
Edit properties. Alternatively, select the spot and click Edit > Edit properties.In the Edit spot properties window, switch to the Tags tab.
Drag and drop tags you want to assign from Available to Assigned, or use the arrows
.Click Save to save your changes.
Note
Adding, editing, or removing new tags does not affect spots that have already been assigned to a playlist.
