Assign media tags

You can assign tags to media to control which content can be used in which playlists.

• You can assign as many tags as you like.

• Only admins can create the tags that other users assign.

To assign tags to media, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to Content > Media management.

2. In the Media groups pane, select the spot group where your media is located.

3. In the Selectable media pane, hover your mouse over the media and click   Edit properties. Alternatively, select the media and click Edit > Edit properties.

4. In the Edit media properties window, switch to the Tags tab.

5. Drag and drop tags you want to assign from Available to Assigned. Alternatively, use the arrows   to assign and remove tags.

6. Click Save to save your changes.
