Archive and activate spots

Archiving must be enabled in your system by an admin.

You can archive individual spots if you don't want to use them.

Prerequisites

Before you archive spots, consider the following information:

• You can't archive spots that are used in a playlist.

• When you activate spots in child spot groups, parent spot groups are also activated.

Archive spots

To archive a spot, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Content > Playlist.

2. In the Select spot group window, select the spot group that contains the spot(s) that you want to archive.

3. In the Selectable spots pane, select one or more spots.

4. Click Tools > Archive.

5. In the subsequent dialog, confirm with Yes.

Activate archived spots

To activate an archived spot, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Content > Playlist.

2. In the Selectable spots pane, click   Other filter options.

3. Select Display archived spots.

4. Select the spot that you want to activate.

5. Click Tools > Activate.

6. In the subsequent dialog, confirm with Yes.
