Note
Archiving must be enabled in your system by an admin.
You can archive spot and media groups which helps keep an overview of your content while reducing loading times.
Archive a group
To archive a group, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist or Media management.
In the Selectable spots/media pane, click
Other filter options.Select Display archived spots/media.
Select the group that you want to archive.
Click on
Archiving of the group.In the subsequent dialog, confirm your action.
Note
When you archive a group, its subordinate groups are archived as well.
Activate a group
To activate an archived group, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist or Media management.
In the Selectable spots/media pane, click
Other filter options.Select Display archived spots/media.
Select the group that you want to activate.
Click on
Activation of the group.In the subsequent dialog, confirm your action.
