Assign IXM One user group permissions

As an admin, you can assign user group permissions to specify which content users can see in IXM One.

Note

Which user group permissions are available to you, depends on your own permissions.

To assign user group permissions, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Administration > Permissions > User groups.

  2. Select the user group, whose permissions you want to edit.

  3. Click Permissions at the bottom of the pane.

  4. In the Permissions window, select the tab that you want to set permissions for.

  5. Select one or more elements that you want to set a permission for. To select all elements, click  Select all next to the search bar.

  6. To assign permissions, use the following options:

    • Yes: select to grant permission.

    • No: select to not grant permission.

    • Ignore: select this option to ignore this permission when a parent element is updated. That is, it will not be updated in the child element.

    • All: select to set the same setting for all permissions.

  7. Click Assign permissions to assign the selected permissions.    

  8. Click   Edit next to a selected element to add or remove user groups from the permissions.

  9. Click Save to save your changes.
