User groups specify who has access to specific content in IXM One.
As an admin, you can create, edit, and manage users groups and give them read and write permissions.
User group conditions
Note that the following conditions apply when you work with user groups:
Only admins can create and manage user groups.
You can assign users to user groups via their user profiles.
Each user must belong to at least one user group.
You can create any number of user groups to match the content, teams, organizations, or branches that collaborate in your network.
You can specify individual user group access rights per entity. That is, for example, per program scheme, playlist, or content group.
Access user groups
To see a list of all IXM One user groups, perform the following steps:
Go to Administration > Permissions.
Select User groups to see a list of all user groups.
