You can change the content of your playlist by adding, moving, and removing spots.
To ensure that your playlist runs as intended, watch a preview.
Note
You need write permission to edit a playlist.
Location users can only edit content of their assigned screen playlists.
Add spots to a playlist
To add spots to a playlist, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the General playlists or Screen playlists pane, select the playlist that you want to edit.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group that contains the spots you want to add. Alternatively, select All spots to show spots from all spot groups.
Drag the spot you want to add from Selectable spots to Content of playlist. Optionally, select multiple spots at once or add one spot multiple times to play it more than once.
Note
If you can't add a spot to the playlist, check it for spot tags or playlist tags.
Change the order of spots
Spots play in the order in which you see them in the Content of playlist pane, starting from left to right.
To change this, simply drag and drop the spots until they are in the correct order.
Remove spots from a playlist
If you don't want to play a spot anymore, remove it from the playlist. To do so, perform the following steps:
Go to the Content of playlist pane.
Select one or more spots.
Remove the spot(s) in one of the following ways:
Drag the spot(s) back to the Selectable spots pane.
Hover your mouse over the spot(s) and select
Delete spot.Click Remove and confirm with Yes in the subsequent dialog,
Copy spots in a playlist
To copy spots from a playlist, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the playlist pane, select the playlist.
In the Content of playlist pane, select one or multiple spots.
Click Copy. The spots are now cached in the Content of playlist pane.
In the playlist pane, select the playlist to which you want to add the spots.
Drag and drop the cached spots into the playlist's Content of playlist pane.
Preview playlists
To preview the playlist content, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the playlist pane, select the playlist.
In the Content of playlist pane, click Preview. The preview opens in a new window.
