Troubleshooting: Validation errors

To ensure data integrity, built-in validation checks your CSV file during import. If an error is detected, you must correct the file and try importing again.

If automatic validation indicates an error, you can check the following:

  • Required columns: Ensure that your CSV file contains the columns: Active, Playername, and Location. All columns must be present in the file for the values to be transferred to IXM One.

  • Filled values: Each field under a column must be filled, meaning it must contain a value that IXM One can process.

  • Valid values: The values in the fields must match their columns. For example, the Active column can only contain the value 1 (active) or 0 (inactive).

  • Matching data: The information in the CSV file must match the information in IXM One. For example, the player's name and location must be identical in both places.
