If you have many spots, it can help to create a filter for your selectable spots pane.
Using a filter gives you a better overview of particular spots.
Which filter options you can use, depends on your system, user type, and permissions.
Create a spot filter
To create a filter, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the Selectable spots pane, click Advanced filter.
In the Create new filter window, specify the following general filter settings:
Templates
Select a filter template that you've created previously.
This option is only available if you have previously created filters.
Spot type
Select one of the following options:
Do not filter
Filter according to the following types: select the type of spot you want to filter by.
Allow variants (public)
Select one of the following filter options for spot variants:
Do not filter
Yes: filter for spots that can have variants.
No: filters for spots that can't have variants.
Min. number: filter for spots that can have variants and have at least the specified number of variants.
Creation date of variants
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Limit date: set the date and time period.
Data sources
Select a data source to filter by.
Spot visibility
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Deactivated spots only
Activated spots only
Automatic archiving deactivated
Select to filter for spots without automatic archiving.
Automatic archiving must be enabled in your system.
Deactivatable for location users
Select to filter for spots without deactivation option.
Automatic archiving must be enabled in your system.
In the Time control tab, specify the following general filter settings:
Creation date
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Limit date: set the date and time period.
Within the last: set the number of days.
Change date
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Limit date: set the date and time period.
Within the last: set the number of days.
Date of validity
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Limit date: set the date and time period.
Due in: set the number of days.
Trusted content
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Visible from: set the date and time.
Trusted content refers to an SOC tag which ensures that spot content remains invisible until a specified time. This feature must be enabled in your system.
Display duration
Select one of the following filter options:
Do not filter
Limit time: set the time period.
In the Tags tab, move tags from Available to Assigned. If you assign a tag group, all of its tags are assigned.
To save the filter, use one of the following options:
Click Save to save the filter for now.
Click Save as to save the filter as a template for reuse.
Click Apply to apply the filter on the spots.
