To edit the general properties of media files, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Media management.
Select the media group that contains the media that you want to edit.
In the Selectable media pane, select the media file and click Edit > Edit properties. Alternatively, hover your mouse over the media tile and click
Edit properties.In the General tab, edit the following properties as required:
Name
Specify the name of the spot. This field is mandatory.
Description
Enter a description of the media.
Keywords
Enter keywords for the media.
Creation date
Specify the date and time of the media creation.
Location
Select one of the following options:
General: the media file is not assigned to a location.
Change: select a location to assign the media file to.
Public media file
Select if the media file is public. That means, it's visible to all users, not assigned to a specific player, and centrally managed.
Auto. deactivate archiving
Select to deactivate automatic archiving.
This option is only available, if auto-archiving is enabled in your system and exceptions are allowed.
Valid from/to
Specify a period of validity after which the media expires. By default, all media is valid indefinitely.
Click Save to save your changes.
