⚙️ For administrators
As an admin, you can check notifications to ensure that you get all relevant warnings and error messages about players and the server.
If you have a lot of notifications, you can filter them.
Check notifications
To check your notifications, perform the following steps:
Go to Reports > Notification.
If you have a notification, select it to see more details.
Click Read to mark the notification as read.
Filter notifications
If you have a lot of notifications and want to sort them faster, you can set a filter. To do this, follow the steps below:
Go to Reports > Notification.
In the Notifications pane, click
Advanced filter.In the Create new filter window, specify the following general filter settings:
Templates
Select a filter template that you've created previously.
This option is only available if you have previously created filters.
Display last entries
Select the number of entries you want do display.
Display the last few days
Select and specify the number of days to display notifications for.
Limit date
Select and specify a time frame to display notifications for.
Do not filter
Select to display all notifications.
System notifications
Select one of the following options:
All users: display all notifications.
Read by user: select a user to display only notifications read by them.
Include system notifications
Select one or more types of notifications to display:
Information
To do
Warning
Error
Select one or more notification statuses to display:
New: the notification has not been edited.
Read: the notification has been read.
Resolved: the notification has been resolved.
Module
Select to display only notifications about a specific module.
Which modules you can select depends on your system.
To save the filter, use one of the following options:
Click Save to save the filter for now.
Click Save as to save the filter as a template for reuse.
Click Apply to apply the filter on the spots.
