The content the you display on your screens consist of media, such as images and videos. You can add media directly to your screen playlists via Add to playlist or drag and drop.
Prerequisites
Before you add media to your screen playlist, note the following information:
When you add media to the screen playlist, it starts playing immediately. You don't have to set it to play as in a broadcast.
You can’t add media directly to Share of Voice screens. Content on such screens is controlled by the assigned content mix.
Add to playlist
To add media to your screen playlist, perform the following steps:
In the sidebar, click Screens.
Click the name of the screen whose playlist you want to edit.
Click Add to playlist in the header.
Select one of the following options:
Sign from Templates: Create and add a sign from a template.
Sign from Webpage: Create and add a sign from a webpage.
Upload media: Upload and add media from your computer.
Add media via drag-and-drop
To add media to your screen playlist via drag-and-drop, perform the following steps:
In the sidebar, click Screens.
Click the name of the screen whose playlist you want to edit.
Drag and drop media from the Media Library drawer on the right side into the screen playlist.
