Use the DOOH chart to view the current capacity and status of all bookings and products in your network.
Time slots: The chart helps you to quickly check for available time slots.
New bookings: You can also use it to immediately add new bookings when you spot an opening.
Navigate the DOOH chart
You have multiple options that help you display the content of the DOOH chart exactly as you need it.
Global view
The global view displays all product groups in a specific time frame. It provides an unfiltered view of all bookings in the system. To display it, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
In the bar above the pane, select All.
Product view
The product view displays all products of a specific product group. It separates the products by subgroup. The subgroup contains all products assigned to it. If there are no subgroups for a specific product group, there's one Not assigned subgroup for all products.
To display the product view, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
At the top of the pane, select the product group that you want to display. Note that the product group names are displayed alphabetically in ascending order.
Location view
The location view displays the chart based on locations instead of products. For each location and location node, you can see the values of all bookings in the selected time frame.
To display the location view, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
In the bar above the pane, select Locations.
Note that the location view only includes digital products and no analog products.
Get more details
Once you've selected your view, you can get more detailed information about a specific time frame, products, and bookings that you see in the chart.
Select a time frame
In addition to the different view, the chart can display bookings for a specific time frame. To select the time frame, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
At the top of the pane, select one of the following time frames from the dropdown menu:
Day: the header displays one hour per column.
Week: the header displays one day per column divided into four hour blocks.
Month: the header displays one day per column and week numbers at the start of each calendar week.
Quarter: the header displays one month per column and three months total.
The chart can display a list of all bookings for the selected time and product. This can be useful to check and edit your existing bookings and you can even create new bookings from here.
To show bookings, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
Select the product whose bookings you want to show.
Right-click on one of the dates.
Select Show bookings from the context menu to open the Bookings window.
In the Bookings window, you can use the following options:
Create: create a new booking.
Edit: update the selected booking.
Edit booking item: update the booking item of the selected booking.
Show waiting list
A booking is put on the waiting list, if you want to reserve it but the time slot doesn't allow it. To view the waiting list of a product, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
Select the product whose waiting list you want to show.
Stay on the right part of the chart that displays the date/time and right-click on the line of the product.
Select Show waiting list from the context menu. This opens a list of bookings on the waiting list in read-only mode.
Show product details
To view product details, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.
In the Product column, right-click on a product and select Show product details. This opens the product details in read-only mode.
