Add bookings in the chart

You can add a new booking or booking item directly in the DOOH chart.

This allows you to save time and effort when you're already checking the chart for available spaces.

Note

You can only add bookings in the product view, not in the location view.

Add a booking

To add a booking in the chart, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to DOOH > Chart.

2. Select the product that you want to add a booking to.

3. Stay on the right part of the chart that displays the date/time and right-click on the line of the product.

4. Select Add booking from the context menu.

5. In the Create new booking dialog, specify your booking details.

Add a booking item

To add a booking item in the chart, perform the following steps:

1. Go to DOOH > Chart.

2. Select the product that you want to add a booking item to.

3. Right-click on the date where you want to add the booking.

4. Select Add booking item from the context menu.

5. In the Bookings dialog, select a client and booking.

6. Click Add to add your booking item.
