Manage IXM One widget groups

Widget groups allow you to organize your widgets and give permissions to work with them.

Create widget groups

To create a new widget group, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to Administration > Dashboard.

2. Select the Widgets tab.

3. In the Widget groups pane, select Widget groups.

4. At the bottom of the pane, click +.

5. In the Create a new Widget group dialog, enter a name for your widget group.

6. Under Permissions, drag and drop user groups from the User group panel to the left panel.

7. To assign permissions to the user groups, select the following fields:

   • Read: users can see widgets of this widget group.

   • Write: users can edit widgets of this widget group.

   • Create: users can create widgets in this widget group.

   • Delete: users can delete widgets from this widget group.

8. Click Save to save your changes.

You can now add widgets to your widget group.

Edit widget groups

To edit an existing widget group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > Dashboard.

2. Select the Widgets tab.

3. In the Widget groups pane, select your widget group.

4. Click   Edit Widget group and make your changes.

5. Click Save to save your changes.

Copy widget groups

To copy an existing widget group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > Dashboard.

2. Select the Widgets tab.

3. In the Widget groups pane, select your widget group.

4. Click   Copy Widget group and edit the copied group as desired.

5. Click Save to save your changes.

Delete widget groups

To delete an existing widget group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > Dashboard.

2. Select the Widgets tab.

3. In the Widget groups pane, select your widget group.

4. Click   Deletion Widget group.

5. In the subsequent dialog, confirm with Yes.
