The HW monitor indicates information on the player such as CPU usage, battery, download traffic, or the network’s signal strength.
Note
The HW monitor can only display data if data is available:
Which data is available depends on the player type.
Your system might be configured to regularly clean up the data.
Check player information in the HW monitor
To check player information in the HW monitor, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Channels > Location.
In the Managing players pane, select the player that you want to check.
Click Edit.
In the Edit player window, select the System information tab.
Click on HW monitor in the top right corner. This opens the HW monitor in a new window.
From the Module dropdown list, select one of the following options:
CPU
Displays information on the player's central processing unit (CPU).
Select one of the following properties from the dropdown list:
Temperature: indicates the CPU temperature in degree Celsius.
Usage: indicates the CPU usage as a percentage.
Network
Displays information on the player's network.
Select one of the following properties from the dropdown list:
Signal strength: indicates the signal strength as a percentage.
Download traffic: indicates the download traffic in mebibyte (MiB).
Total network traffic: indicates the total network traffic in mebibyte (MiB).
Upload traffic: indicates the upload traffic in mebibyte (MiB).
Memory
Indicates the player's memory usage in percent.
Storage
Indicates the player's storage usage in mebibyte (MiB).
Battery
Displays the battery level of the player.
To get information on a specific date, select a date fom the Date dropdown list. By default, the graph displays information on all available dates.
