In the thumbnail view, each selectable spot is displayed with a variety of information and options for editing.
Depending on the spot type, you may see the following icons:
NEW | Indicates a new spot, that has been created within the last three days. |
DRAFT | Indicates that the spot is being edited. Only available if spot versioning and/or task lists are enabled in your system. |
| Click to open the HTML Composer or HTML Wizard and edit the spot. |
| Click to edit spot properties. |
| Click to start a preview of the spot in a new browser window. |
| Click to delete the spot. Note that you can't delete spots that are used in playlists. |
| Select one or multiple spots to edit. |
| Indicates a spot template. Depending on your system settings, it's possible that only administrators can create and manage templates. |
| Indicates that the spot allows variants. |
| Indicates that the spot is a template. |
| Indicates that the spot has variants. |
| Indicates that the spot has expired. |
| Indicates that the spot is archived. |
| Indicates that the spot is linked. |
| Indicates that the spot is a variant. |
| Indicates that the spot is not active yet. |
| Indicates that the spot has tags assigned. |
