You can specify editing permissions for every visible element in a spot.
Note
You can't see the Permissions tab if you don't have users with different permissions.
You can create up to five spot editing levels on the server. Please contact your Grassfish partner for more information.
As an admin, you can manage permission groups.
To edit permissions, perform the following steps:
In the HTML Composer Canvas, switch to Permissions in the upper right corner.
Use the following options to change the permissions of an element:
Display name
Enter a new display name for an element.
Slider
Drag the slider to remove permissions.
By default, all user groups have all permissions.
Apply for all
Select a level and click on this option to edit all permissions simultaneously.
Use the following options to change permissions for spot settings:
Resolution
Drag the slider to set the permission level for the spot resolution.
Duration
Drag the slider to set the permission level for the spot duration.
Background color
Drag the slider to set the permission level for the spot background color.
Composer access
Drag the slider to set the permission level for creating and editing objects in the HTML Composer:
Add and remove media elements: Users can create new media elements and delete or change the display name.
Add and remove text elements: Users can create new text elements and delete or change the display name.
Add and remove widget elements: Users can create new widget elements and delete or change the display name.
Change element sequence: Users can change the sequence of elements.
Switch back to the canvas and click Save to save your changes.
