In IXM One, you can give or deny user groups access to different areas to control which elements they can use and how. The same rights and restrictions apply to DOOH users.
DOOH users must have general read rights, if you want them to have access to certain categories, tags, or locations. Consider this, if you want users to be able to select locations in a booking.
How DOOH permissions work
The DOOH permission system is based on the following groups:
Permission group: controls who can use DOOH and at what level. Depending on the level, users can only see their own bookings, or see bookings of other users, or see and edit bookings of other users.
DOOH user group: controls access to clients and bookings. Users can only manage specific clients and bookings if they are in the assigned user group.
