⚙️ For DOOH administrators
To enable DOOH for existing permission groups, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Administration > Permissions > Permission groups.
In the Permission group management pane, find the permission group for which you want to enable DOOH.
Select your permission group and click on Edit. Alternatively, double-click on the group.
In the Edit permission group window, switch to the newly added DOOH tab.
Specify the following settings:
Booking permissions
Select one of the following booking permissions:
Only see own bookings: users only see their own bookings.
See bookings of other users: users can see all bookings of other users.
Edit bookings of other users: users can edit bookings of other users. Use this option, for example, for team leads. By default, users can only edit their own bookings.
Reset ordered bookings
Select to let users change the status of an ordered but not yet running booking back to reserved or cancel the booking.
Reset running bookings
Select to let users change the status of a running booking back to reserved, cancel the booking, or cancel a booking item.
Extend reservations unlimited
Select to let users prolong the duration of a reservation. This allows them to extend a reservation for an unlimited time.
Max. discount rate
Specify the maximum discount that a user can use in a booking in percent.
Click Save to save your changes.
Note
Once you've set the permission group, you must create and assign DOOH user groups.
