Note
This option is only available if its enabled in your system and you have write permission for the spot group.
You can send a spot notification and attach one or more spots from the selected spot group to it.
To send a notification, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Playlist.
In the Spot groups pane, select the spot group that contains the spot.
Click
Send spot notification.In the Create news item window, enter a Headline.
Optionally, add text, attach items, or restrict validity and visibility.
Click Next step.
From the Send from dropdown, select a sender.
Under Send to user, use the arrows
or drag-and-drop recipients to add or remove them. Optionally, select whether to send a message or email and add a location.
Click Send to send your notification. Alternatively, click Save as draft to save a draft for later.
