By default, the player counts how many times a spot is played and sends this information to IXM One.
You can use this data to create a spot statistics report that shows how many spots were played and how many times each spot was played.
The report is created as a CSV file.
Generate spot statistics report
To generate a spot statistics report, perform the following steps:
Go to Reports > Reports.
Select the Spot statistics tab.
Specify the following report settings:
Date from
Specify from which date to create the spot statistics.
Date to
Specify until which date to create the spot statistics.
Spot
Select one of the following options:
For all spots: creates a report for all spots.
For one spot: creates a report for a specific spot. Click Select to select a spot.
Player
Select one of the following options:
For all players: creates a report for all players.
For one player: creates a report for a specific player. Click Select to select a player.
CSV delimiter
Select one of the following delimiters for the CSV file:

Report type
Select one of the following report types:
Daily summary: creates a summary of spot playbacks by day.
For every playback: creates a detailed report of each spot playback including playback time. Please note that this function must be activated.
Click Load spot statistics to create the CSV file.
Work with the spot statistics report
You can get the following information from the spot statistics CSV report:
Player | Name of the player. |
Spot | Name of the spot. |
Date (UTC) | Date when the spot was played. |
Screen | Screen that displayed the spot. |
Count | Number of times the spot was played. |
Box ID | Box-ID of the player. |
Customer Code | ID of the player. |
