You can generate a player list report with the most important information about your players.
The report is created as a CSV file.
Generate player list report
To generate a player list report, perform the following steps:
Go to Reports > Reports.
Select the Player list tab.
Select one of the following delimiters for the CSV file:

Click Download player list to create the CSV file.
Work with the player list report
Note
An empty field indicates that no data is available. This can happen, for example, if a player is offline.
You can get the following player information from the player list CSV report:
Name | Name of the player. |
Address | Address where the player is located. |
Zip Code | ZIP code where the player is located. |
City | City where the player is located. |
Country | Country where the player is located. |
Description | Description of the player in IXM One. |
Customer Code | ID of the player. |
Phone | Telephone number of the player. |
Installed | Player hardware installation status:

Location | Location that is assigned to the player. |
Box ID | Box-ID of the player. |
Last Access | Date and time the player last accessed the server. |
Activation | Date and time of player activation. |
Screen [1,2] Active | Screen (hardware) status:

Screen [1,2] Last Update | Date and time of the last screen update. |
Screen [1,2] State | State of the screen:
Error codes are not generated by IXM One. Please refer to the device's manual for more information. |
Screen [1,2] Screenlayout | Name of the assigned screen layout. |
Free Disk | Available hard disk memory on the player in megabytes (MB). |
General IP Adresses | IP address of the player. |
Edition | Edition of the player. |
Player Version | Version of the player software. |
Operation System | Name and version of the player's operating system (OS). |
