You can download media files from IXM One to your computer.
Prerequisites
Before you download media files, note the following requirements:
Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and redirects to the IXM One site. This setting may vary depending on your browser.
The browser will usually ask whether you want to allow multiple redirects for this site on the first attempt.
If you select multiple files, the system creates a ZIP file.
Download multiple media files
To download one or multiple media files, perform the following steps:
Go to Content > Media management.
In the Selectable media pane, select the media file(s).
Click Tools > Download.
