Use conflict tags

Use DOOH conflict tags to ensure that booking items that contain certain spots aren't played in a row.

This can be useful, for example, to avoid playing spots of business competitors right after each other.

Create conflict tags

To create conflict tags, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > DOOH.

2. Select the DOOH tags tab.

3. Select Conflict Tags.

4. Click + at the bottom right of the window.

5. In the Create conflict tag group window, enter a name for the conflict tag group.

6. To assign permissions, drag and drop user groups from the right to the left pane and select the following rights:

   • Read: The user group only has read rights.

   • Write: The user group can edit the conflict tag group.

7. Click Save to save your changes.

8. Select the new conflict tag group and click +.

9. In the Create conflict tag dialog, enter a name for the conflict tag. You can create one or more conflict tags within a conflict tag group.

10. Click Save to save your changes.

Assign conflict tags

Once you've created all conflict tags, you can assign them to your DOOH booking items. Perform the following steps:

1. Go to DOOH > Booking.

2. In the Bookings pane, double-click on your booking.

3. In the Booking window, double-click on your booking item.

4. In the Edit booking item window, select the Tags tab.

5. Under Conflict tags, click Add.

6. Drag and drop your conflict tag group or single conflict tag from Available to Assigned.

7. Click Apply.

8. Click Save to save your changes to the booking item.

9. Click Save & Close.

Repeat the same steps for other booking items that contain spots that shouldn't be played right after one another.
