Add a screen

To add a new screen, perform the following steps:

  1. In the sidebar, click Screens.

  2. Click New Screen in the header.

  3. Enter the required details:

    • Screen name: Enter a name for the screen. Apply a naming structure that allows easy identification.

    • Screen ID: Optionally, enter a unique identifier for the screen. For example, if needed for an integration with your business systems.

    • Location: Select a location.

    • Tags: Optionally, add tags to categorize your screens.

    • Screen orientation: select Landscape or Portrait mode.

    • Screen type: Select a screen type that matches the screen orientation. If you use Share of Voice and want to enable it on a screen, select Portrait SOV or Landscape SOV.

    • Pair screen now: Select and enter the six-digit code that appears on the physical screen to pair it with your account. If the screen isn't ready for pairing, deselect and enter the code later in the screen settings.

  4. Click Save to save your changes.
