Add a new tag

There are two ways to add tags depending on where you are in the user interface:

Add tags in the tab

To add a tag in the Tags tab, perform the following steps:

  1. In the sidebar, click Tags.

  2. Select one of the following tabs:

    • Media tags: Select to add a new media tag.

    • Screen tags: Select to add a new screen tag.

    • Location tags: Select to add a new location tag.

  3. Depending on your selection, click the button in the header called:

    • New Media Tag

    • New Screen Tag

    • New Location Tag

  4. Enter a name for your tag.

  5. Optionally, select a color to organize your tags more easily.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.

Add a new tag

Add tags to screens, media, and locations

If you want to add a new tag directly to a screen, media, or a location, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to one of the following areas:

    • Screens: Select this tab in the sidebar to assign tags to screens.

    • Media Library: Select this tab in the sidebar to assign tags to media.

    • Settings > Locations: Select this tab to assign tags to locations.

  2. Select one or multiple screens, media, or locations.

  3. Select Add screen tags for screens or Add tags for media and locations.

  4. Enter a name for your tag.

  5. Optionally, select a color for better organization.

  6. Create as many tags as you need.

  7. Click Add tags to save and assign the tag(s).
