Once you've created your screen layout, you can assign one or more program schemes to it.
If your screen layout is split, you can assign a different program scheme to each section of the screen.
Note
Split layouts work independently of each other. If you don't assign a program scheme to a section, it remains black.
To assign program schemes, perform the following steps:
Go to Channels > Screen layout.
In the Screen layouts pane, select a screen layout.
In the Screen layout view, click on the layout section that you want to assign a program scheme to.
Click Edit assignment at the bottom of the pane.
In the Assign program scheme window, select one of the following options:
Select Create new program scheme to create a program scheme.
Select an existing program scheme from the dropdown menu.
Click
Change to program scheme to jump to the selected program scheme.
Click Save to save your changes.
