Work with DOOH product groups

Your DOOH products are grouped in product groups.

Product groups are useful for reports, to quickly filter for products in the chart, and to specify common parameters.

Create product groups

To create a DOOH product group, perform the following steps:

1. In IXM One, go to Administration > DOOH > DOOH product groups.

2. To create a new product group, click New.

3. In the Create new product group dialog, specify the following properties:

   Short name	Enter an abbreviated name of up to ten characters for the product group. Optionally, specify in the system parameters to automatically generate the short name of products from their product group short name.
   Name	Enter the full name of the product group.
   Subgroups	Specify a subgroup to further constrain the products of each product group. You can create up to six subgroups for each product group. The subgroup contains all products that you assign to it.
   State	Select Active or Inactive. Inactive means that you can't assign products to the product group.
   Advertisement type	Select Analog or Digital. All products in a group must be either digital or analog. You can't change the type later.
   Account number	Enter an account number. This number is used, for example, on invoices for products of this product group.
   Advertising tax	Specify the advertising tax for products in this product group in percent, if the tax is applicable in your country. The tax is used in business proposals, order confirmations, and invoices.

4. Click Save to save your changes.

Edit product groups

To edit a DOOH product group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > DOOH > DOOH product groups.

2. Double-click on the product group that you want to edit. Alternatively, select the group and click Edit.

3. Make your changes. Note that you can't change the type after creating the group.

4. Click Save to save your changes.

Deactivate product groups

To deactivate a DOOH product group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > DOOH > DOOH product groups.

2. Select the group and click Deactivate.

If you deactivate a DOOH product group, it's immediately archived and disappears from your product groups list. You can, however, activate it again.

Activate product groups

To activate a deactivated DOOH product group, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Administration > DOOH > DOOH product groups.

2. In the DOOH product groups pane, click Other filter options and select Display archived product groups.

3. Select the group that you want to activate.

4. Click Activate.

The product group is not longer archived an appears in your product groups list.
