The Priorities pane is only visible if you've configured a priority scale in your program scheme.
Use priorities to control the playback of your playlists. Simply put, playlists with a lower priority aren't played if the current playlist has higher priority.
How to use priorities
Scale: You can set a priority scale from high (1) to low (5). Use the entire scale, or less such as 1 to 3.
High priority: The players play only high priority content for a specified time period. Use this for content like limited-time promotions.
Low priority: The playlist runs only if no high priority content is available. Use standard content for this one.
Priorities and loops
Loops take precedence over priorities.
If you use both priorities and loops in your playlists, note that lower-priority spots are played when:
Higher-priority playlists are not active in all loops.
Not all spots from higher-priority playlists are valid in all loops.
Set playlist priorities
To set priorities for your playlists, perform the following steps:
Go to Channels > Program scheme.
In the Priorities pane, select the priority level that you want to assign to a playlist.
Drag the playlist from the Available playlists pane to the Standard playlists or Event playlists pane.
To assign more priorities, repeat steps two and three.
