Once you log in to IXM One, you can see your dashboard.
What you see on your dashboard and in the top menu depends on your individual configuration. However, some or all of the following options may be available.
Main menu
The left side of the main menu allows you to navigate between the main areas.
The following options are available on the right side of the menu:
Language | Select the language of your user interface. |
Reload data | Click to reload data from the Grassfish server. |
Messages | Create and manage messages. |
Export manager | Centrally manage all exports of playlists and spots. |
Open online help | Open the online help in a new browser window. |
Feedback form | Send us feedback if you meet any problems. |
Conditions of use - Grassfish | Open our general terms and conditions as a PDF file. |
Change password | Click to change your password. |
Service hotline | Send us a message and your contact details. |
Logout | Log out of IXM One. |
Version information
At the bottom, you can see which version of IXM One you're using. Hover over the version to see additional information.
As an admin, double-click on the version to see transferred file versions of ascInterface.html and ascComposerPlayer.html.
Use basic features
IXM One provides some basic features to help you search, filter, and configure the areas you work in.
Search
The search box allows you to search whichever area of IXM One it appears in. It's a text search that uses background text indexing to find what you're looking for.
To search, just enter text and press Enter.
Filter
Set a filter to search for properties such as creation dates, tags, online status, and more. You can also combine properties to refine the results.
Just click the filter icon in the top bar of a pane.
Configure columns
In table view, there is a default selection of columns, but you can configure which columns you want to see.
Open the column configuration in the top bar of a pane to select columns and change their order using drag and drop.
Select all
To save time, you can perform an action on multiple items by selecting them all at once.
Just click the box in the top bar of a pane.
Adjust the view
You can choose between tile view with thumbnails and table view with a detailed list. Both have their advantages depending on how much content you have and what you want to do.
Just select the desired view at the top of the pane.
Reload
Reload data to update the currently displayed information. This prompts IXM One to retrieve new data from the server, such as the latest status notifications.
