Important information
Consider the following information when using IXM One.
Application
IXM One is a web-based application.
Server
Grassfish securely stores all data on a central server.
Communication with the server may take a few seconds, depending on the process, your internet connection, and server load.
Browser
We recommend using the navigation of IXM One rather than your browser's function keys.
Ensure you allow pop-ups for IXM One in your browser. The HTML Composer, HTML Wizard, and previews open in a new browser window.
Devices
You can use screens of different sizes and aspect ratios (e.g., 16:9 or 4:3), combine screens to create a video wall, or use screens integrated into other devices.
All components can be configured simultaneously in your system.
Synchronization
By default, the player automatically synchronizes selected content with IXM One every 15 minutes.
Automatic logout
You're automatically logged out after a certain time of inactivity (default: 30 minutes).
This time limit is system-dependent and is set by your administrator in the system configuration.
