The Smart Dispensing and Pick Up Solution is a new and simple way to dispense IT equipment and office supplies.

The Smart Dispensing Solution offers completely new options for dispensing equipment and automating procurement processes. This solution communicates via interfaces with existing user databases, ERP, ordering systems, integrates ticketing and billing tools. Employees are authenticated using existing smart cards to pick up equipment, enabling internal cost-center billing. Automated notifications provide information on inventory, device status and can trigger appropriate actions.

The Smart Dispensing Solution offers various hardware components which you can put together in a modular way. Use the Smart Dispensing Machine alone or in combination with a locker, to dispense larger products such as suitcases, laptops or etc. at any location. Use the Pick-Up Point with the head module or have it connected to a locker as a satellite module.
