Every spot has a preview image, a thumbnail that you can select and edit.
To do so, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to Content > Playlist.
In the Selectable spots pane, right-click on the spot you want to edit.
Click Edit > Edit thumbnail.
In the spot properties, switch to the Thumbnail tab.
You can perform the following actions:
Select media
Upload media
Download media
Delete media
Click Save to save your changes.
