You can copy booking items within a booking, making it easier to create multiple similar booking items.
Which values are copied?
The following values are automatically transferred from the original to the new booking item, if they’re available:
Product
Spot length
% of the advertisement time
Frequency
Target playbacks
Start date and time
End date and time
Discount
Handling cost
Weekdays
Time
Ad spaces
Tags
You can customize the copied values in your new booking item as needed, eliminating the need to create each booking item from scratch.
Copy a booking item
To copy a booking item, perform the following steps:
In IXM One, go to DOOH > Booking.
In the Bookings pane, double-click on the booking to which you want to add booking items.
In the Update booking window, select the booking item that you want to copy.
Click Copy to copy the booking item.
In the Create booking item window, edit the newly created booking item as required.
Click Save to save your changes.
