# Work with media

To manage your media in the media library, perform the following steps:

1. In the sidebar, click **Media Library**.
2. Click **Options** next to the media that you want to work with.
3. Select one of the following options:
  - **Edit**: Select to [edit the image](https://docs.grassfish.com/ixm-aqua/docs/edit-an-image).
  - **Edit sign**: Select to edit the [sign](https://docs.grassfish.com/ixm-aqua/docs/signs).
  - **Tags**: Select to add or remove [tags](https://docs.grassfish.com/ixm-aqua/docs/tags).
  - **Replace**: Select to replace an image with a new one. Note that replacing an image affects all scheduled activities.
  - **Delete**: Select to delete media.
  - **Duplicate**: Select to create a copy of the sign.
  - **Download preview**: Select to download a preview of the sign to your computer. This can take a few seconds depending on the complexity of the template.
